The logic of the layout, the purpose of the buildings, the graffiti on the walls, the social fabric etc are not things that one can decipher by just looking around. We couldn't imagine having a better guide than Sara! She is funny, engaging, speaks excellent English. Most importantly she is really knowledgeable and passionate not just about Pompeii but the whole Greco - Roman world (she has a degree in archeology).
